Bringing a professional, friendly and effective approach to real estate in Brisbane, Ashlee Maurer makes a fine Property and Facilities Manager for Grange. Being a resident of the area, she knows the local market intimately with all its hustle and bustle, family-friendly atmosphere and fun-loving hot spots. In fact, she feels grateful to be tasked with the opportunity to represent such a spectacular part of the country. Throughout her career, Ashlee has worked all over Brisbane and is driven by the desire to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

Commencing her real estate career in a receptionist role more than four years ago, Ashlee has steadily progressed her way through from Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager and ultimately to her current position as a Senior Property & Facilities Manager at the wonderful LINTON Building. On the way she has learned from some of the best in the business and has come to appreciate all the diverse aspects of property management, business development, and leasing.

A passionate Brisbane resident who takes great pride in his work, Chris Runge provides crucial administrative support to Grange Management team. Enthusiastic and conscientious, he works tirelessly to ensure the Property & Facility Managers have everything they need to provide exceptional service to all the residents of Tranquility, Mahogany, and Linton. Chris’s role includes preparing paperwork such as leasing agreements; and setting up periodic inspections with tenants. He also manages work orders for repairs and maintenance and his strong rapport with our suppliers ensures repairs are attended to promptly. Utilising his degree in Property Economics to its fullest combined with his natural ‘people person’ demeanour & exceptional communication skills we are looking forward to seeing Chris grow within our team.
